Computer Service Center • We will be open extended hours at the beginning of Fall semester. • We are located in the Blacksburg Industrial Park at 401 Industrial Drive. • Computers needing service may be brought directly to the Service Center or dropped off at the on-campus University Bookstore or our off-campus Volume Two Bookstore locations. We can also upgrade your computer to make it more productive! • RAM • Hard Drives • Video Boards • Motherboards • Power Supply Devices Non-Warranty rates: Diagnosis Fee $30In Shop Labor $70 Flat rate On-Site Labor $95 per hour Backup Fee: $35 Up to 1GB of backup is included in the labor fee. Anything over 1GB will incur the $35 backup fee. All machines purchased from us and Virginia Tech owned machines will receive a 20% discount on the labor fees. |
