On behalf of the employees of University Bookstore, Volume Two, and our entire family of retail stores, catalog, web, and support branches, I would like to welcome you to the Virginia Tech Services, Inc. Memorial Gallery.

In the sad aftermath of April 16, 2007, Virginia Tech Services, Inc. received many cards, calls, emails, visits, and gifts from bookstores and other friends throughout the college store industry. As a tribute to this kindness, Virginia Tech Services, Inc. photographed the many gifts and has brought those images together in this memorial gallery.

Because the employees of Virginia Tech Services, Inc. are scattered among six locations across campus and town, an Employee Appreciation Breakfast was held at The Inn at Virginia Tech on August 2, 2007 in part to allow the display of these generous gifts for all employees to see. This gallery includes a tour of that memorable event.

Finally and most heartfelt, this gallery begins with a memorial to Minal Hiralal Panchal, the Virginia Tech architecture student and Virginia Tech Services, Inc. Fall 2006 rush clerk who was among the fallen.
